ABOUT US
Brendan Simpkins
Founder and CEO
Brendan was born and raised in Annapolis, MD but now calls Nashville, TN home. After graduating from Davidson College, where he was also a member of the Division 1 football team, Brendan moved to Nashville to attend graduate school at Vanderbilt University. He graduated with a Master's in Accounting before beginning his professional career in finance and accounting.
Early on in his career, he developed an interest in real estate, specifically short-term rentals, leading him to launch his own AirBnB property in Nashville. Brendan then discovered his passion for providing a great guest experience as well as managing all the operations and strategy behind a successful short-term rental property.
This inspired him to launch his own short-term rental co-hosting and management business, Bluebird BNBs, so he can serve more guests and help short-term rental owners maximize their property's potential without all the stress.

Mike is the founder of YourBNBProperty, a boutique STR Management and Investment company operating over 20 properties in multiple markets across North Carolina.
Chris Petzy
Chris is the co-founder and CEO of Seacoast Vacation Rentals, which operates over 70 short term rental units across New England. Additionally, he owns and operates two boutique hotels - The Bridgewater Inn and Freedom Homes 1834.
